About Cresvion

Cresvion is a business management platform that provides professional companies with tools for operations, market intelligence, and social media publishing. Cresvion is developed and operated by Herrhill AB.

Scope

This policy applies to business clients (”clients”) who connect third-party social media accounts — including Pinterest — to the Cresvion platform. Cresvion is a strictly B2B service and does not serve or collect data from consumers or end-users.

Data we collect

When a client connects a Pinterest account to Cresvion, we collect:

Pinterest account ID and username
OAuth access tokens required to publish content on the client’s behalf
Board names and IDs associated with the client’s account

We do not collect data from the client’s Pinterest followers, audience, or any third parties.

How we use the data

Client Pinterest credentials are used solely to:

Publish pins on the client’s behalf to boards they have authorized
Retrieve board lists for selection within the Cresvion interface

We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising or any other purpose.

Data storage & security

Access tokens are stored encrypted in our secure cloud infrastructure. No Pinterest content or audience data is retained beyond what is operationally necessary.

Third-party services

Cresvion integrates with the Pinterest API v5 in accordance with Pinterest’s Developer Terms of Service (developers.pinterest.com).

Your rights

Any client may revoke Cresvion’s access to their Pinterest account at any time via Pinterest’s Apps & Permissions settings. Upon revocation, stored access tokens will be deleted within 30 days.
